Let’s face it. Adulting is hard. Many of us are working full time, running side businesses, trying to raise kind humans, eat healthy, exercise, get 8-hours of sleep, take supplements, meditate, journal, etc etc. It is A LOT. The Results

Not only did he experience significant weight loss (46-lbs in 16 weeks), BUT he also saw improvement in his bloodwork, and what really struck a chord for me: “…for the first time in months I had the energy to keep up with his little girls.
