Four weeks in! For the past 4-weeks, I’ve been following the ‘Always Eat After 7 PM’ program. Instead of depriving myself of the foods I enjoy, I’ve actually been indulging in late-night snacks like no bake salted caramel bars, fruit mini tarts, and numerous other high carb snacks on a nightly basis. Well, considering how good I feel, there’s no end in sight! Given my background in medicine, I loved learning the science behind the diet. And now that I understand it, I can work with my natural body rhythms, not against them. Eating after 7 PM is not only good for you, it is necessary!
