Eating After 7 PM: What’s Next + Recap

Four weeks in! For the past 4-weeks, I’ve been following the ‘Always Eat After 7 PM’ program. Instead of depriving myself of the foods I enjoy, I’ve actually been indulging in late-night snacks like no bake salted caramel bars, fruit mini tarts, and numerous other high carb snacks on a nightly basis. By eating specific fat-burning foods after 7 PM I’m fueling my metabolism while I sleep. I now wake to feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day.

Well, considering how good I feel, there’s no end in sight! Given my background in medicine, I loved learning the science behind the diet. And now that I understand it, I can work with my natural body rhythms, not against them. Eating after 7 PM is not only good for you, it is necessary!

I still can’t believe I fell for this dieting myth for so long. I’d wake feeling drained, and often light-headed during workouts. I was depleting my body, not nourishing it in times of rest.
